By accessing our website, using our app, making a purchase, submitting a donation, registering for a program, attending an event, or using any service connected to ICSI, you agree to follow these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, you should not use our website, app, services, programs, or online features.
2. Purpose of the Center
ICSI is a religious, educational, and community organization serving the Muslim community and the broader public. Our services may include prayer services, Islamic education, community programs, youth programs, charity activities, donations, events, announcements, religious reminders, product sales, food-related items, books, clothing, Islamic materials, and other community-based services.
The Center may provide religious information, prayer times, event details, educational materials, community updates, donation opportunities, and access to goods or services. All information is provided for general community benefit and may be updated, changed, or removed at any time.
3. Religious Information Disclaimer
Any religious information, prayer times, khutbah announcements, educational content, Islamic reminders, Qur’an-related materials, hadith references, or program descriptions provided through our website, app, or other communication channels are offered for general informational and community purposes.
While ICSI makes reasonable efforts to provide accurate and respectful Islamic information, we do not guarantee that all religious content, translations, calculations, schedules, or interpretations will be free from error, delay, or difference of scholarly opinion.
Users are responsible for consulting qualified scholars, teachers, or trusted religious authorities for specific religious rulings, personal religious questions, or detailed Islamic guidance. ICSI is not responsible for individual decisions made based on general information displayed on our website or app.
4. Prayer Times and Schedule Information
Prayer times, Jumu’ah times, Ramadan schedules, Eid prayer times, Taraweeh schedules, school schedules, program times, and event times may be displayed on our website, app, social media, printed materials, or other communication channels.
Although we try to keep schedules accurate and current, times may change due to operational needs, moon sighting decisions, weather conditions, facility needs, imam availability, school scheduling, community requirements, or other circumstances beyond our control.
ICSI is not liable for missed prayers, missed events, late arrivals, personal inconvenience, travel costs, scheduling conflicts, or any losses resulting from reliance on posted times. Users should verify important times directly with the Center when necessary.
5. Purchases, Products, and Store Items
ICSI may offer products for sale, including but not limited to food items, beverages, bakery items, books, clothing, Islamic materials, educational supplies, event-related items, fundraising products, and other goods.
Product availability, prices, descriptions, images, ingredients, packaging, and quantities may change without notice. We make reasonable efforts to display accurate information, but we do not guarantee that product descriptions, photos, pricing, availability, or other details are always complete, current, or error-free.
We reserve the right to cancel, limit, refuse, or modify any order for any reason, including product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected misuse, payment issues, technical errors, duplicate orders, or operational limitations.
6. Food, Allergy, and Ingredient Disclaimer
Some items offered through ICSI may include food, drinks, bakery products, snacks, catered meals, community meals, fundraising food, or other consumable goods.
Customers and visitors are responsible for reviewing ingredients and notifying us of any allergy concerns before purchasing or consuming food items. ICSI cannot guarantee that food items are free from allergens, cross-contact, or ingredients that may affect individuals with allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions.
Common allergens may include, without limitation, nuts, dairy, eggs, wheat, soy, sesame, fish, shellfish, gluten, or other ingredients. By purchasing or consuming food through ICSI, you accept responsibility for your own dietary decisions and agree that ICSI is not liable for allergic reactions, health issues, or personal injury resulting from consumption.
7. Donations and Charitable Contributions
ICSI may accept donations, sadaqah, zakat, fundraising contributions, sponsorships, program payments, building fund donations, school support payments, and other charitable or community contributions.
Donations are generally voluntary and may be used to support the Center’s religious, educational, operational, charitable, maintenance, construction, community, or administrative needs, unless a specific restricted purpose is clearly stated and accepted by ICSI.
Once submitted, donations are generally considered final and non-refundable, except where required by law or approved by ICSI in its sole discretion. Donors are responsible for ensuring that donation amounts, payment details, and donation purposes are correct before submitting payment.
8. Program Registration and Participation
ICSI may offer classes, Qur’an programs, Islamic studies, youth programs, community events, lectures, workshops, camps, family events, school-related programs, and other activities.
Registration does not guarantee acceptance, availability, placement, continued enrollment, or participation. ICSI may approve, deny, cancel, postpone, or modify registrations based on space, staffing, payment status, safety concerns, age requirements, behavior, program rules, or operational needs.
Participants and parents or guardians are responsible for following all program rules, safety instructions, attendance requirements, payment terms, pickup and drop-off procedures, and conduct expectations.
9. Children, Minors, and Parental Responsibility
Parents and guardians are fully responsible for their children and minors while attending the Center, using our facilities, participating in programs, attending events, or using our online services.
Unless a child is formally enrolled in a supervised program during official program hours, ICSI does not assume responsibility for unsupervised minors. Parents and guardians must ensure children behave respectfully, remain safe, and do not damage property or disturb worshippers, students, staff, volunteers, or guests.
10. Code of Conduct
All visitors, users, students, parents, customers, donors, and participants are expected to behave respectfully and appropriately. Harassment, threats, abusive language, discrimination, violence, property damage, disruptive behavior, misuse of facilities, fraud, or violation of Islamic manners and community standards may result in removal, cancellation of services, suspension from programs, refusal of entry, or other appropriate action.
ICSI reserves the right to refuse service, deny access, remove individuals from the premises, cancel participation, or restrict online access when necessary to protect safety, order, property, religious environment, or community wellbeing.
11. Payments and Billing
Payments may be collected for purchases, programs, classes, donations, event tickets, services, or other items. All users are responsible for providing accurate payment information and ensuring that payments are authorized.
ICSI may use third-party payment processors. By submitting payment, you agree to comply with the terms and policies of the applicable payment provider. ICSI is not responsible for payment processing delays, declined transactions, bank fees, card issues, unauthorized payment method use, or third-party processor errors.
12. No Guarantee of Availability
ICSI does not guarantee that any product, service, class, event, program, donation campaign, facility, imam service, school program, or online feature will always be available.
We may change, pause, cancel, discontinue, update, or limit any part of our services at any time without prior notice. We are not responsible for inconvenience, loss, or damages resulting from unavailable services, canceled events, schedule changes, technical problems, or operational limitations.
13. Website and App Use
Users agree not to misuse the website, app, forms, payment pages, contact features, donation pages, registration systems, or any digital service provided by ICSI.
You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, damage, copy, reverse engineer, overload, interfere with, or gain unauthorized access to any part of our systems. You may not submit false information, fraudulent payments, spam, harmful code, offensive content, or unauthorized materials.

When users submit forms, registrations, contact requests, donations, payments, messages, applications, or other information, they agree that all information provided is accurate, current, and lawful.

16. Facility Use and Safety
Visitors use ICSI facilities at their own risk. While we make reasonable efforts to maintain a safe and respectful environment, ICSI is not responsible for personal injury, illness, lost property, stolen items, vehicle damage, accidents, slips, falls, weather-related incidents, parking issues, or other events occurring on or near the premises, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.
Visitors must follow posted signs, staff instructions, safety rules, parking rules, and facility guidelines. Any damage caused by a visitor, participant, child, guest, or group may result in responsibility for repair, replacement, cleaning, or related costs.
17. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ICSI, its directors, officers, imams, teachers, employees, volunteers, contractors, representatives, affiliates, and agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or other damages arising from or related to your use of our website, app, services, programs, products, facilities, donations, events, information, or communications.
